Please read these terms carefully before using our services. By accessing GradSwing’s academic services, you agree to abide by our refund and revision policy outlined below.
Refund / Money-back Guarantee Policy
We strive to deliver academic services aligned with your expectations and order details. If we fail to meet our commitments, you may be eligible for a partial or full refund depending on the nature of the issue and the terms below.
Scenarios Eligible for Refunds
No Delivery / Partial Delivery / Order Cancellation by Customer:
- If no tutor has been assigned: 100% refund is applicable.
- If the tutor is assigned and cancellation occurs before 50% of the deadline: Refund ranges between 75% to 100%.
- If the tutor is assigned and cancellation occurs after 50% of the deadline: Refund ranges between 0% to 75%.
- Delays caused by tutor illness/emergency (and if work is not downloaded): Refund may be applicable.
- No refund for late submission if delays are due to customer’s delayed material upload.
Work Not as Described
All work provided is treated as a draft, subject to further revision based on your feedback. If you are dissatisfied with the quality or specification of work:
- You can request free revisions within 30/45/60 days for Limited/Standard/Premium plans respectively from date of first delivery.
- If still unsatisfied, refund requests with documentary evidence must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the work. Each case will be reviewed and approved or denied based on its merits.
Plagiarized and AI Content
If plagiarism or use of AI is alleged, a third-party plagiarism/AI report must be submitted within 72 hours. A full refund will be issued if plagiarism is proven.
Duplicate Orders / Transactions
- Duplicate Order: Notify us within 24 hours of payment to receive a 100% refund.
- Duplicate Transaction: If overcharged, a 100% refund will be issued upon request verification.
Non-Refundable Scenarios
- Poor grades (we do not guarantee grades).
- Deadline changes after order placement.
- Orders for editing, formatting, and proofreading (minimal content changes involved).
- Failure to follow refund request timelines or documentary submission guidelines.
Claims and Processing Timeline
Due to the subjective nature of academic tasks, customer opinions may vary from tutor assessment. Refund requests must:
- Be filed via customer account along with all documentary proof.
- Comply with timelines specified in this policy.
- Allow 7 working days for claim evaluation and decision.
- Allow 7 working days for refund processing after claim approval.
