Role Overview
We’re seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Graphic Designer- Intern who thrives on creativity, storytelling, and digital engagement. This hybrid role is ideal for someone who can think both visually and strategically—designing impactful content while helping build and grow digital marketing campaigns.

NOTE:
Phase ONE- 1 Month: Unpaid training cum Internship
The first phase of the internship (1 month) will be an unpaid training period focused on skill development and performance evaluation.

Phase TWO- 3 months
After successful completion and evaluation of Phase ONE, selected candidates will receive a monthly stipend of ₹5,000.

Phase THREE: Graphics Designer Associate
Interns who demonstrate exceptional performance throughout the 4 month internship will be offered a full-time salaried position with GradSwing.
 
Key Responsibilities
Design visually appealing graphics, carousels, and campaign creatives for Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms
Create academic visuals: flyers, brochures, infographics, vector graphics and social media posts.
Develop blog headers/banners, icons, and thumbnails to support content marketing
Maintain brand consistency and manage creative asset libraries
Assist in executing digital marketing campaigns and content plans
Manage and grow social media channels through scheduling, engagement, and trends
Help with email marketing, outreach, and lead generation activities

Requirements
Strong command of Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, or equivalent design tools
Good understanding of digital marketing fundamentals (especially social media and email marketing)
Strong communication skills (written & verbal)
Knowledge of branding, visual aesthetics, typography, and layout design
Knowledge of tools like Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Mailchimp, etc.
Ability to take feedback, meet deadlines, and juggle multiple tasks
Students from Marketing, Communication, Design, or related fields are preferred
Can share a portfolio or sample designs (if available) will be an added advantage

5. Develop SEO-optimized blog content on educational topics as needed
6. Collaborate with subject matter experts and editors to maintain content quality
7. Adhere to tight deadlines while ensuring consistency in tone and academic integrity

Requirements
1. Strong English writing and comprehension skills
2. Basic understanding of academic writing formats and referencing styles
3. Detail-oriented with a research-focused approach
4. Familiarity with tools such as MS Office, Grammarly, and Google Docs (Turnitin knowledge is a bonus)
5. Open to students or graduates from any discipline, with preference for backgrounds in English, Management, IT, or Nursing
